Description
The House Hektorovic is a stone house built in 13th century; it is situated in the centre of the town Hvar, in the part "Groda" which is just a few meters apart from the town square. The famous Croatian poet Petar Hektorovic owned this house. He lived and wrote in the town Hvar (1487.-1572.)
Our house is on a very attractive position because of its closeness to the square, the harbour and all cultural events, museums, numerous monuments, and closeness to entertainment and night life. There is a garden in south side that separates the house from the square that makes our accommodation peaceful and quiet.
In the house there is a restaurant with garden where you can enjoy and taste a lot of Dalmatian authentic specialties. There are two air-conditioned rooms with bathrooms, refrigerators (mini bar) and tables to have your breakfast at. The southern side of the house has a view to the cathedral and the northern side to the town fortress.
