Description
On the south side of our sunniest island of Hvar in a beautiful place Ivan Dolac, known for its fine wine plavac mali is a romantic stone house "Pia". Passing through the green wooden door you enter the stone-paved and fenced yard, there is a stone fireplace. Infront of the house is place for children (slide, homes, cars). On the ground floor is a large semi-open terrace overlooking the sea, the interior floor of a kitchen from the entrance to the old stone tavern. Kitchen includes all necessary equipment (stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ice maker) and one extra bed. The ground floor is a bathroom with tub. On the first floor can be reached by internal or external stairs. On the first floor are two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and space for washing machine. The smaller room has two beds, and large with two beds with a beautiful view and a large terrace covered by grape. The house is air conditioned, has three parking spaces, TV, DVD, satellite, children's bed on request. The town has a restaurant, pizzeria, cafe, beautiful sandy beaches a few minutes walk from the house and the possibility of enjoying the beautiful wine cellar with terrace with a real local specialties and products. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED •A 150 Euro returnable security deposit is required, to be paid in cash on arrival

On the south shore of Hvar, not far from Sveta Nedjelja, is located the small village of Ivan Dolac, which is surrounded by steep slopes covered with vineyards which result in grapes for well-known quality wines. Not only Dalmatian environment, good wines and aromatic flora but you are going to enjoy relaxing and bathing on one of many perfectly clean pebble beaches.
