This is a free standing two floor house (140m2) with 3 bedrooms where each bedroom has a private bathroom, fully equipted kitchen, dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa + small toilet on the ground floor. The Villa has a beautifull sea view and a pool view. There is a private swiming pool (8×4 + shallow watter) in front of the Villa as well as a big patio terrace fully equipted with garden furniture + open outdor fireplace. There is also a big garden with a lot of greenery.
