If you are arriving by car from Split, travel by ferry to Stari Grad (island of Hvar). From Stari Grad to Hvar take about 20 min. When you come to Hvar at the first intersection, turn left toward the Bodul Hotel "Križna Luka" - INA pumping station. After approx. 600 m to the right you will see the advertisement "APARTMENTS BALIC". After 20 m you turn sharply right and immediately after 15 m right below our house there is parking with 3 parking spaces. Parking is limited and we kindly ask guests to reserve a place in advance. Another option to get to Hvar is by car from Drvenik to Sucuraj and then drive to Hvar about 80 km. If you are arriving by plane to Split airport, take the bus to the Split ferry port. From Split you can travel several times a day by fast catamaran directly to the port of Hvar. When you reach the port of Hvar, go right by the sea towards the Franciscan monastery and the Cross of the Cross to the football field. In front of the playground, turn left up and you will reach Veljko Kovacevic Street. Then go right up the hill and 200 m to the left is our family home. You can book tickets for the Jadrolinija and Captain Luka catamarans up to a month earlier, but no later than 24 hours before the departure of the catamarans via the Internet, and you must pay by credit card. If you can, print your travel ticket and board a catamaran with it, or show a travel ticket on your mobile. If you are unable to buy a ticket online, when you arrive in Split, immediately go to the Jadrolinije or Kapetan Luka counter in the port of Split and buy a ticket for the next catamaran. If you do not get a catamaran ticket you can also travel by ferry to Stari Grad, then by bus or taxi to Hvar.
