This modern and luxurious apartment is approximately 70m ² and has 2 rooms, a living room and a bedroom. The apartment is on the top floor and has a large L - terrace (south orientation, and west). Thus, this apartment offers a beautiful panoramic sea view where beautiful sunsets can be observed. SAT-TV (32 "Full HD TV), wifi is available in the apartment as well as on the terrace. The modern bathroom has a very spacious walk-in shower with a high quality and luxurious shower (Raindance by Hans Grohe) with waterfall massage. A kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, oven with ceramic hob, u.v.m. is available. Also underfloor heating for the few "cold" days in winter on Hvar is available. A safe for your valuables is also available. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults with up to 2 children.
