Description
Our apartment is designed to accommodate up to 5 guests (4 + 1) and offers 45 m² of indoor living space, along with a 15 m² covered terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, the pool, and the surrounding pine forest, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for your holiday. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room offers a cozy space to relax, and the comfortable sofa can easily be converted into an additional bed for one guest if needed. Connected to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils for preparing meals. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom, air conditioning, SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi. For your convenience, all guests have free access to a shared washing machine, making longer stays even more comfortable and practical. Guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool, barbecue area, and beautifully maintained garden with a variety of recreational facilities, including badminton, table tennis, traditional hanging bowling, and a children's playground. These amenities make the apartment an excellent choice for families with children as well as for groups looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The nearest beach is just 150 meters away via a pleasant forest path or approximately 300 meters by road. The crystal-clear sea and diverse beaches provide the perfect setting for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing. Free private parking is available for all our guests. The town center can be reached with a 20-minute walk along the seaside promenade or in just 5 minutes by car.
