Description
Newly decorated Dalmatian stone house on 3 floors in a quiet part of the center of Jelsa on the island of Hvar, 30 meters from the coast, just a minute walk from the first pebble beach, close to the park, restaurants, shops, main square and all other facilities. The second large sandy bay with a water park is a 10-15 minute walk away. The house consists of 2 master bedrooms, living room with 2 extra beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and exit to the terrace where there is a BBQ and outside furniture. The main entrance is surrounded by a high stone wall so that the yard and the rest of the house have complete privacy. Since it is a strict center, there is no parking, but access to the house is provided, with a short stay. Guests have at their disposal a public parking card, which is only a 3, 4-minute walk away. Excellent insulation, and the very position of the house in the alley, prevents noise from everyday events in the place.
