The kitchen/dining area comes fully equipped, with the added convenience of a dish-washer. There is also a washing machine in the separate bathroom. Heating in the living area and bathroom. Walled terrace is directly accessible from the street (stairs), and comes equipped with a table and chairs, pots of colourful flowers.
